Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email, phone number, and any project details (budget, timeline, style preferences, reference images) submitted through our consultation, custom design, quote, or contact forms. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via Google Analytics.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and CAD designs, coordinate your consultation or order, and improve our website. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
How it's shared
Your information is shared only with service providers necessary to operate our business — our payment processor (Stripe) for deposits, and our email and scheduling tools. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only to deliver their service to us.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. You can decline non-essential cookies through your browser settings. No personal data is used for third-party advertising.
Data retention & security
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill your request or as required by law (e.g., financial records). Data is stored using encrypted, access-controlled systems.
Your rights
Under Quebec's Law 25 and the federal PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact our Privacy Officer below.
