Last updated: August 2026. These terms govern the design and purchase of custom jewelry from Beto Jewelry, Montreal.
Custom design process
Every piece is designed from scratch for one client following a consultation, CAD design (delivered within approximately 48 hours of design approval), your review, and production. Production begins only after you approve the final CAD design.
Deposits & pricing
A $200 CAD design deposit is required to begin your project. This deposit is non-refundable but is fully credited toward the final price of your piece. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change based on final material and stone selections, confirmed in writing before production.
Production & delivery
Typical production time is 2–4 weeks after CAD approval, depending on complexity. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with material sourcing or custom requests.
Cancellations & changes
Design changes are welcome before CAD approval at no extra cost within reason. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, as materials and labor are already committed. The design deposit is non-refundable in all cases.
Materials & authenticity
We use ethically sourced metals and GIA- or IGI-certified diamonds and gemstones where applicable. Certification and material documentation are provided with every finished piece.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
